CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. You may reschedule your appointment upto 24 hours beforehand. If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable upto 24 hours before your appointment, If it is within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be non-refundable
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours, followed by a tex 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Please note it is your responsibility to remember your appointments to avoid cancellation charges.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place due to the sheer volume of cancellations and no shows we have had.
Deposits
We request a 50% deposit or pre-payment for services upon booking.
Skin Testing
As a salon we are insured by BABTAC and care about our client's health and wellbeing. We therefore require all clients to have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment if applicable. This applies to all clients, even if they have had this service carried out previously at other salons. Hair clients need a 48 hour patch test for all colouring services.

Monthly Blow Dry
Membership
All our treatments are carried out by qualified stylists or therapists. If you are unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, please contact the salon immediately or speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any services. However, we will look into your concerns and do our utmost to rectify any issues immediately.
Under the terms of this Agreement, Dolled Up agrees to provide the agreed service within a Membership to the Client as per agreed terms.
Services within a Membership are only valid Tuesday to Saturday within salon hours. Stylists can not be requested.. Although we will attempt to prioritise Member's appointments, appointments are subject to availability. Advanced booking is recommended.
A client may receive as many treatments as they desire within a paid month of membership (subject to availability).
No Refunds
If a client is not able to attend a booked service or they withdraw from their Membership, no refunds will be offered. No refunds will be given if desired results are not met.
Failed Payments
In the event, a client fails to make any payments for the Membership by the due dates already agreed, Dolled Up has the right to immediately cease the Membership, until payment due has been paid in full.
Disclaimer
Membership is not transferable and cannot be used by friends or family if client is unable to make an appointment.
If a client is unable to make an appointment, our cancellation period of 24 hours still applies. If an appointment is not cancelled within the cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of a standard Blow Dry.
Termination
Membership can be terminated at any time.
Dolled Up holds the right to manage appointments at our discretion. & can withdraw the membership at any time.
Blow dry memberships purchased cannot be shared with anyone else. Solely, one person per membership.
Memberships cannot to be used in conjunction with any other service.
A haircut is not included in this membership and cannot form as part of this blow dry service.
Blow dry memberships are only available during salon opening hours.
.If a blow-dry membership is purchased as a gift the membership is to be used by the recipient name provided at purchase.
Blow dry membership cannot rolled over to the following month.
Payment will be taken monthly unless cancelled.
You can only enter the free 14 day blow dry membership trial once
Any memberships that are not cancelled will still be charged and debited at your monthly membership cost.
